Grants and Giving Programs

The contributions of corporations and grant awards have allowed the Seguin Art League to reach the community through the arts. We are a nonprofit organization that relies on individual donors, volunteers and financial contributions to sustain our programs and building renovation project.

  • City of Seguin Hotel Occupancy Taxes Grant
  • Guadalupe County United Way
  • Guadalupe Valley Electric Coop Power Up Grant
  • Rotary International Seguin Rotary Club
  • The San Antonio Area Foundation's Non-Profit Strengthening Grant

Guadalupe County United Way

We are recipients of Guadalupe County United Way funds. The United Way dedicated volunteers ensure that United Way partner agencies and programs are sound, effective and worthy of your support. Every year volunteer members of United Way’s Program Accountability Review teams conduct on-site agency visits, assess client demographics and outcomes, analyze financial statements and evaluate overall agency and program effectiveness.

GVEC Power Up Grant

This grant has allowed us to purchase gallery display sets, lighting, pedestals and supplies to host community exhibitions. The recent veterans' exhibition was well received as we displayed the creative work.

Show Display

The new purchase of display panels and pedestals for artwork were well received.

Rotary Club of Seguin

Solving real problems takes real commitment and vision. For more than 110 years, Rotary members have used their passion, energy, and intelligence to take action on sustainable projects. From literacy and peace to water and health, we are always working to better our world, and we stay committed to the end.

Grant awarded in 2016.
